Check-in Check-out

Check-in time is after 3:00pm and check-out time is before 11:00am. Please respect check-in and check-out times. No exception to check-in and check-out times unless discussed with us in advance.

Number of Guests

Only confirmed registered guests are permitted in our cottages. No extra guests or visitors after booking, Baseline price for the cottages is for 2 guests, additional guests added on to the booking are $50 per night per person. The maximum property capacity is 4 people.

Pets

While we personally love pets, unfortunately they are not allowed in our cottages.

No Illegal Activities

Do not use the premises for any illegal activities. No illegal substances or activities allowed on the premises.

Smoking

Smoking and vaping inside the cottage is not permitted. This also applies to cannabis. Cigarette butts must be disposed of in the ashtray provided outside of the cottages.

Please Respect Our Home

We kindly ask that you’d be respectful of our home and treat it as if it were your own. Please take care to not stain the bed and bath linens.

Please take care of the furnishings. You will have to pay for any damages. Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner.

No Candles

Please do not light any candles. Instead, we provide flameless, battery-operated candles for you to use.

Patio Safety

We kindly ask that you do not leave the fire pit on the patio unattended while in use. Ensure propane is turned on before using.

Please keep a close eye on your kids while being on the Patio.

Hot Tub

Our hot tubs are sanitized and treated on a regular basis. We ask that guests rinse off before using the hot tub to avoid issues with the chemicals. Please ensure that you keep the hot tub cover on when it is not being used as this is very important because it will help to maintain proper sanitization as well as keeping debris out of the hot tub.

Beverages are permitted in the hot tub but please only use plastic drinkware which is provided in the kitchen for hot tub use.

Quiet Hours

Our quiet hours are from 11:00pm-7:00am daily. Please be mindful of other guests staying with us and our lovely neighbours. Please keep volume to a respectable level during these hours. No parties or events are allowed.

Lights & Electronics

Make sure to turn off the lights, and any electronics when you leave the cottage. This includes turning off all electric heaters but please leave the heat pump on at an appropriate temperature. Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the door.

Bed Linens & Dishes
Please load all dishes into the dishwasher and let it run. Strip the bed of all covers and sheets and place them in a pile.
Well & Septic System

Our water is provided through a well, so we kindly ask that you be resourceful with your water consumption.
We test our water on a regular basis but we recommend drinking bottled water.

Please only flush toilet paper. Please do not flush paper towels, feminine hygiene products, non flushable wipes and oil or cooking grease.

Dishes & Trash

Please load all dishes into the dishwasher and let it run and take your trash and recycling out before you leave. Dispose of the garbage in the trash bin outside.

Please empty and dispose of all used food items in the fridge.

Your Belongings

Please double-check the Cottage for any forgotten belongings before you leave.

Following The Rules

We ask that you please follow these rules while staying with us. Failure to comply with these rules will result in you being charged accordingly and reported to the booking platform you booked with.
