ABOUT THE COTTAGES:

How old do I have to be to book a cottage?

You have to be 19 years of age or older to book our cottages.

What payment options are available?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

What is your Cancelation policy?

All reservations can be cancelled up to 14 days before arrival with a full refund (minus the processing/booking fee). We provide a 50% refund up to 7 days before arrival. After this time your booking total is non-refundable.

Is there a minimum nightly stay?

Yes, we have a 2 night minimum stay requirement.

What time is Check-In and Check-Out?

Check-In is after 3:00pm.
Check-Out is before 11:00am.
We have set these times to ensure we can properly clean the cottages and prep the hot tubs.

EXTRA GUESTS:

What is the maximum capacity for guests?

Our cottages are made to accommodate 2 guests but there is a queen size pull out couch for a maximum capacity of 4 guests per cottage.

Can we have visitors?

Only confirmed registered guests are permitted in our cottages. No extra guests or visitors after booking as we highly value the privacy of our guests.

PETS:

Do you allow pets?

While we personally love pets, unfortunately they are not allowed in our cottages or on the property.

What do I need to bring for my stay?

Our cottages have fully equipped kitchens, a fully equipped bathroom (including towels, shampoo and body wash), a fully equipped bedroom space (including sheets and blankets) as well as a fully equipped living and dining space. All you need to bring is groceries if you would like to cook and any personal items you think you might need during your stay.

How do I use the smart lock?

For the contactless check in we will send you a custom code that you will enter upon arrival on the keypad on the lock.

What are your Quiet Hours?

Our quiet hours are from 11:00pm-7:00am daily. Please be mindful of other guests staying with us and our lovely neighbours.

Are the cottages Wheelchair Accessible?

Unfortunately none of our cottages are classified as Wheelchair Accessible.
